Healthy Banana Bread! Have to try!
This week’s recipe is going to be another great and healthy breakfast food. If you remember I shared with you my vegan cookies recipe a couple weeks ago and they are my favorite for a quick and healthy breakfast. The other thing I eat is banana bread but a healthier version with oats, nuts, coconut oil and honey. I noticed that a lot of persons were surprised that I eat cookies and cake for breakfast and the reason is that breakfast is always sweet in France and because this is what I ate since I could eat food, it is impossible for me to eat something savory for breakfast. We all know that sweets are not exactly the best and especially for breakfast when we need something to keep us full until lunch so that’s why I came up with healthier versions of the things I like.
